book recommendations

I know we are past Holloween, but I am looking for scary books, 1-6, to add to my purchase order. Any rec's? The new Follett catalogue has a listing for scary books on its cover, and I'll check that, but any and all suggestions welcome. I am looking for good read alouds, and good vampire and ghost stuff. I don't much care for the movie monster collections. You know, like a true 2nd grade boy, I want REAL ghosts and aliens! Thanks guys .... suz

Our group of 5 LMS (3 K-6, 1 7-8,1 9-12) are reworking these to fit the AASL's new standards.We will have it done (K-12) by the end of the year and I will send you a copy, remind me then. Who knows how different it will be.

Jolene - i just emailed Elaine and proposed my practicum. Because we are building a new library and moving my library, I wanted to do my practicum on designing and setting up a new library. I was thinking I could visit other libraries to get ideas and tips on moving my books etc.
